On September 22nd 2008, I set sail from Norway and sailed all the way to Aruba with an impromptu, sometimes inexperienced, always crafty, often changing, but very happy crew. The trip took 6 months and in that period a lot of islands and ports felt the presence of the African Innovation crew.
The plan now is to leave the Caribbean in March via the Panama Canal and sail into the Pacific. The time has come to explore Galapagos, Marquesas, Tahiti, Tonga and any other island we want to stop by, before we make landfall in New Zealand in November. We'll enjoy their summer, before the journey continues westwards.
